Our 28-day challenge includes 28 consecutive workouts where we'll weave between dynamic mat Pilates, cardio energy boosters, strength training, and calming stretchy flows - this well-balanced schedule will ensure you're not doing too many heavy workouts back to back. You'll finish feeling stronger, more energised, and with a boost of confidence.
Schedule:
Day 1. Total Body Pilates
Day 2. Abs & Core Pilates
Day 3. Cardio
Day 4. Strength Training Lower Body
Day 5. Total Body Yogalates
Day 6. Strength Upper Body
Day 7. Mobility & Stretch
Equipment needed:
Soft pilates ball (or a small cushion)
A long resistance band (or a pair of stockings)
Loop band (or a long band tied in a loop)
Dumbbells (1-5kg)
