Can I join if I am new to Pilates?

Yes! However, this challenge is intermediate-advanced level. Please take the variations offered for different levels. Make sure to listen to your body and take the options right for your level.


You'll also gain access to our beginner Pilates programs which are the perfect introduction to our method.


How long is each workout?

Workouts will range from 15 - 35 minutes long.

What equipment do I need?

  • Pilates Mat

  • Dumbbells

  • Bala ring (optional)

  • Soft Pilates Ball

  • Gliders/or tea towels

Absolutely! The challenge is currently live and will remain on Kala Pilates Online, feel free to repeat as many times or in your own time frame.

How do I cancel?
