What is included in a membership?

Membership includes unlimited access to an incredible catalogue of workout videos and programs, plus unlimited access to live classes via Zoom.

What level are the workouts?

Each workout is open level you will be offered variations for different modifications throughout the classes. Please listen to your bodies and only do what is right for you.

What equipment do I need?

Each class has the equipment listed in the description, however, most classes can be done bodyweight.


If you would like to purchase equipment, here are some brands I suggest.

How does the weekly schedule work?

This schedule gives you a guide to follow if you are unsure of what workouts to choose. Our weekly schedule is updated every Sunday.

How do I book a live class?

Our live classes can be booked here.


Make sure you use the member's code you received in your email when you signed up. This code can be redeemed before checkout it will allow you to book classes free of charge.

How do I cancel?

If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew.


Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
