WHAT TO EXPECT
A four-week program designed to gradually increase strength to support your back health, learn about breath and core control to maintain stability and connection, gentle stretch routines to help stretch out areas that may be overworking and mindful meditations to destress and bring balance.

Can I join if I am new to Pilates?
Yes! However, due to everyone having different levels of fitness and different levels of back pain, I will keep reminding you to listen to your body and take modifications when needed.
You'll also gain access to our beginner Pilates programs which are the perfect introduction to our method.
How long is each workout?
Workouts will range from 10 - 45 minutes long.
What equipment do I need?
Mat or alternative
Dumbbells (optional)
Soft Pilates Ball (or a cushion)
A loop resistance band (or a pair of stocking tight in a knot)
A long resistance band (or a pair of stockings)
A foam roller or a tennis ball

Can I complete the program in my own time?
Absolutely! This program is specifically designed for you to complete in your own time. I advise you at the end of each week to check back in with yourself. If you feel you are not ready to move on (as each week gets progressively more challenging) I encourage you to repeat the classes from the previous week until you are ready. Remember there is no race.
How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew.
