What does the challenge consist of?
Each week, aim to complete 5 classes. A different style of class each day - all that complement each other perfectly! Feel free to choose the order that works best for you:
One Pilates core-focused
One strength/resistance-based
One heart-pumping cardio
One stretchy flow
One peaceful meditation
Can I join if I am new to Pilates?
Absolutely! This challenge is designed for all levels of fitness. Make sure to listen to your body and take the options right for your level.
How long is each workout?
Workouts will range from 10 - 55 minutes long.
How much is the challenge?
For current members, this challenge is included in your monthly & yearly membership plans.

Absolutely! The challenge will go live on the 1st May 2023 and remain on the platform, you can finish the challenge in your own time.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew.
